Manchester-born Adam Reid heads up the kitchen at The French after flexing his muscles at a number of Michelin-starred establishments and winning Great British Menu with his signature chicken dish in 2019. Applying the same level of finesse to his menu at The French, the chef explores modern British cuisine using the finest seasonal ingredients to create even more options than before. The Grade II listed dining room marries together the new and the old with its recently refurbished lighting, wall art and paintwork to create a relaxed atmosphere. Stooped in history, the restaurant offer a warm, stylish and relaxed atmosphere making it one of Manchester's favourite hideaways.
