Bringing a slice of the States to the heart of Manchester, this uber-sleek venue is adorned with muted colours, comfy leather furnishings and exposed brick walls. Designed by Squid Inc (the same team behind Hotel Gotham), every corner of this spot oozes elegance, with a real focus on accessibility.

On the menu is a selection of British dishes that have been given an all American makeover. Showstoppers include the Brooklyn fish and chips (spiced cornmeal-crusted haddock fritters and chilli corn hominy), and the chipotle baked pumpkin and polenta croquets. Open ‘til late, there is also an impressive cocktail menu on offer, with each drink being named after fictional characters from the American writer, Damon Runyon.
