RESTAURANT   

The Restaurant is the perfect place to try something new. Chef Andrew Green and his team cherry-pick the best flavours from around the world to create dishes that are out of this world. Each plate is designed to be shared so you can avoid food FOMO and try a bit of everything.   

BAR   

There’s a drink with your name on it at the Bar. Choose from a carefully curated drinks menu featuring classic cocktails, organic wines, spirits and soft drinks. 

OUTDOOR TERRACE 

Fancy some al fresco dining? Discover the stunning outdoor terrace which backs onto Manchester’s famous old canal – perfect for a leisurely lunch or evening cocktails with friends.    

COUNTER 

COUNTER is a stunning blue tiled all-day deli serving all things local and sustainable from coffees, hot and cold snacks, takeaways, and a wide selection of drinks including beers, wines and canned cocktails.   

Daily offerings include Pot Kettle Black pastries, fair trade Blossom coffee, sustainable Bushells Farm dairy & Ducie’s bespoke canned cocktails and kombucha.
