Set within Whitworth Locke, an apart-hotel tucked away inside a former 19th century cotton factory, Peru Perdu is cooking up Latin American classics, bottomless brunch and twists on Sunday roasts. The versatile venue is a real beauty; touting bright pink interiors, large windows and a mass of foliage. A large central open-plan kitchen adds a theatrical element to the 78-cover restaurant, while counter seating, tables and cosy nooks give you a range of beaut dining options.
As for the menu? Expect steaks, ceviche, whole lobsters and even lamb saltado, all washed down with Argentinian or Uruguayan wine. Plus, there's pisco sours and other South American-inspired cocktails to accompany as well.
