Description
Bundobust Brewery Manchester combines the brand's acclaimed Indian street food with a working craft brewery, making it one of the city's most distinctive casual dining destinations. Set on Oxford Road, the venue has a modern industrial taproom feel, with high ceilings, exposed brewing equipment and long communal tables that create a lively, social atmosphere. The brewery's tanks are visible within the space, reinforcing its dual identity as both restaurant and brewery.
Founded by Mayur Patel and Marko Husak, Bundobust is known for its entirely vegetarian menu inspired by Indian street-food traditions, particularly the flavours of Gujarat. Signature dishes such as Vada Pav, Bundo Chaat and the cult-favourite Okra Fries are designed for sharing and pair naturally with the venue's house-brewed beers.
