Description
Located in the Corn Exchange, this 120-cover restaurant by Individual Restaurants takes its name from the Italian for shore ('riva') and combines it with 'blu', the colour of tranquil seas. Add a splash of 1960s glamour too and Riva Blu is one swanky, yet relaxing, venue to enjoy a meal from Italy.
As for the restaurant's ethos? Inspired by its plush nautical interiors, name and the depictions of the Amalfi Coast splashing its walls, La Dolce Vita, or 'the sweet life', is central to its menu and vibe. This swish eatery is a celebration of all things food, merging authentic recipes with modern cuisine to whip up the 60 classic Italian dishes on its menu, including lobster linguine, aubergine parmigiana and plenty of pizza.
