Tinto is an authentic Spanish asador grill restaurant in Didsbury from the team behind Tapeo, which cooks a range of meats and seafood over an open charcoal fire.

The venue aims to be as authentic to Spain as possible with menu items including a paella made the traditional Valencian way, with rabbit and chicken on the bone. It also has a selection of tapas dishes and is one of the few Manchester restaurants to serve Rubia Gallega Chuletón, a 45-day aged steak which comes from Galician Blond cattle, giving it a strong mature flavour.

The decor of the restaurant is low-key and simple with painted grey walls, exposed brick and European touches such as curtains imported from Andalusia. The wine list also stays true to the spot's theme, with the majority of bottles coming from small Spanish suppliers.
