What they say:
The former Masonic hall on Bridge Street has undergone a multi-million pound transformation and is set to open this autumn with a seriously hot line-up of restaurants and bars. Alongside Fable and Spanish restaurant Pintura, Masons will be opening. The venue will have leanings to its past as a Mason meeting place with a green colour scheme across its numerous spaces. With a private dining room, restaurant and bar, Masons will be open all day to appeal to everyone from after-work drinkers to freelancers.
What we say:
We've kept an eye on the transformation of Manchester Hall closely over the past two years and it looks like it's sure to be a hit. The Deansgate spot will be the home of Masons, an all-day British eatery that aims to have a members club feel. The restaurant will keep the menu short and sweet, focusing on well-produced, hearty dishes made with ingredients sourced from the UK and Ireland, such as smoked Irish salmon and steak from Wales.
