Based on Chorlton's Manchester Road, The Oystercatcher is a restaurant specialising in the freshest, seasonal seafood. Taking inspiration from a number of other seafood-loving nations, the kitchen serves everything from salt and pepper squid to tandoori monkfish, alongside delicious desserts and a great wine and drinks selection.
