The Refuge

Description

Sitting elegantly in the equally opulent Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, The Refuge by Volta is a gorgeous city centre hotel, serving a selection of both traditional British classics and flavoursome international dishes.

The brainchild of DJs Luke Cowdrey and Justin Crawford, The Refuge shares much in common with its sister restaurant, Volta, which has already reaped considerable success, effortlessly storming up Manchester's diverse culinary ladder.

Of course, the central focus of this new hangout is the food menu. Alongside afternoon tea and private dining, there's an array of small plates, such as the sea bass ceviche and radicchio, pomegranate and orange blossom salad, and seasoned lamb shoulder. As for drinks, expect 19 craft ales on tap and a signature cocktail list.
