Occupying the site that was previously home to Roc & Rye, Six by Nico Manchester is bringing elevated fine dining to Spring Gardens. With room for 60 diners, the spacious restaurant continues the culinary theme that made the Scottish sites so popular.
Expect carefully curated ideas, with a tasting menu that changes every 6 weeks. From a Vietnamese street food concept that featured rice porridge, duck, peanut and Mooli cháo vit to a deconstructed pot noodles on the childhood-inspired menu, it's all about places and memories.
