With ramen looking like it's this years 'in' food, it's a surprise that 2015 hasn't seen anybody jumping at the opportunity to open up a new noodle joint in Manchester. Step forward Shoryu Ramen.
Expanding on their success in the capital, London-based ramen chain Shoryu Ramen is venturing northwards.
