Pizza Madre is the newest addition to the San Carlo restaurant group, a family-owned collective that specialises in authentic Italian cuisine. Opening just across the road from the group's flagship San Carlo venue, the new venue will focus on Neapolitan pizzas and succulent rotisserie chickens.

Dedicated to offering recipes as old as time, the venue will look to recreate the flavours and dishes found on the sun-baked streets of Naples. Armed with a wood fired oven, guests can expect to find an array of pizzas on the menu, all defined by a crispy, slightly charred crust and a rich, tomato-based crust. To wash this all down, the venue's bar will store both artisan Italian beers, a line-up of fine wines and a handful of palate-cleansing digestif spirits. 

The venue is set to open its doors for the first time in the Spring of 2017.
