A plucky new contender on the Manchester restaurant scene, Bird and Beast are bringing a sprightly new chicken inspired concept to the city this early 2015.

Already a lush dinner landmark in Leeds, Bird and Beast are known for their rotisserie chicken, custom-made spits, and free-range produce. Locking a 4,000 square foot plot in the heart of the city thanks to £750,000 worth of wonga, Bird and Beast will be churning out double-marinated dishes, signature rubs and chicken lovingly cooked over cherry wood chips in the confines of a contemporary yet cool design. 

Hatching another plan for their new venture, Bird and Beast will also launch 'Birds and Beats' alongside the opening of their restaurant. We can't guarantee that chicken orientated cocktails wont be on the menu, but we can guarantee a wholly new concept.
