Pasta with a passion at Manchester's eatery inspired by its Southern Italian heritage. 

Following on from the popular Altrincham restaurant, comes Sugo Pasta Kitchen - the Ancoats neighbour. The Italian restaurant features sharing tables, fun music and pasta which is designed to be enjoyed with friends. Fans of the original restaurant can expect the same menu, made with locally sourced ingredients for the freshest taste. With large tables and space for 58 people, Sugo is ideal for couples through to large groups. 

Expect only the freshest of food, as each dish is created completely from scratch. The menu includes old favourites and new offerings alike, such as orecchiette with a slow-cooked beef shin and wild broccoli 'friarelli' with fava bean puree. All to be washed down with a choice of spritz; from Aperol, to gin and even negroni sbagliatos. You can drink wine by the carafe and finish with a Napoli Limoncello.
