Sitting just off Cutting Room Square, this charming restaurant brings seasonal small plates with a local focus to Ancoats. Encompassing a bar and dining area, and some very whimsical toilets, Elnecot serves up some seriously cool plates of food, from dinky pigs head croquettes to slow cooked lamb belly and the gregariously named 'Disco Cabbage' - a hot wedge of green spiced cabbage decorated with pomegranates.

They've got a unique selection of cocktails on the menu too, from their Manchester Scuttler that pairs Bulleit, cherry liqueur and Campari, to a pickled cucumber martini. 

The interiors speak to Ancoats' industrial heritage with minimalist concrete making up the nuts and bolts of the venue, splashed with buttercup yellow furnishings. Their glass-frontage makes for the perfect brunch-time people watching opportunity, so you can dig into anything from a cauliflower, chickpea and kale hash to an ox cheek benedict, washed down with a cup Ancoats Coffee Company espresso or a cheeky round of bottomless bellinis.
