- Restaurant Bar
Following the storming success of Rudy's Ancoats, the venue launched this second location on Peter Street. With backing from the team behind neighbouring Albert's Schloss, Rudy's Peter Street is one of the city's most popular casual dining spots, partly for its friendly atmosphere and habitual buzz, but mainly for the stunning pizzas it churns out.
Having set up shop in a former army careers office in Petersfield House, the restaurant offers a huge dining area, four times the size of the original venue, with a full-size bar and an open kitchen showcasing the custom-built centrepiece oven which cooks up delicious doughy pizzas in sixty seconds flat. The pizzas themselves come with an exciting range of toppings, from simple Salame to the hearty Affumicata - a combination of chilli flakes, smoked mozzarella, kalamata olives, friarielli and extra virgin olive oil.
While Rudy's walk-in only regulation can be both a blessing and a curse, it's always worth the wait, and with the added space at this restaurant it's easier than ever to grab a plate of their renowned slices.
