Description
Red's True Barbecue is a bar and grill in Manchester, hoping to echo the success of its popular sister restaurant in Leeds. Based on Albert Square, Red's is a low and slow barbecue joint, taking inspiration from the Deep South and locking together a healthy combination of rustic looks, style and flavour, to deliver an authentic basket of barbecue goodness.
Expect super-sized steaks, juicy ribs, monstrous meat platters and blinding burgers, all served up with a small in a cool, diner-style setting. Wash down all things meaty, with a selection of beers, including a decent offering of Stateside crafts. The vibe at Red's is chilled out, laid back, and eh, carnivorous. Set to be a fun new addition to Manchester's food season. We'll see you down there - make ours a medium-rare, yeah?
