What Is The Manchester Belvedere Martini Bar?
The Belvedere Martini Bar is a new 47-seat cocktail bar inside Gaucho Manchester, introduced as part of the restaurant’s big August relaunch.
Belvedere vodka is at the heart of the drinks menu, and you'll be able to find anything from classic cocktails to exclusive new pours that can only be found here. There’s also a dedicated DJ booth, with resident DJs playing every Friday and Saturday, from aperitivo hour into the evening.
What Is On The Menu At Belvedere Martini Bar?
Available is a mix of classic cocktails and some pretty unusual serves:
- Classic Martini: A timeless vodka Martini, also available as a smaller Tiny Tini
- Espresso Martini: A year-round favourite
- Nectar & Neon Martini: Exclusive to Gaucho Manchester, this creation is inspired by the city’s famous worker bee, also available as a Tiny Tini
- Skinny Bee Spritz: Belvedere Organic Vodka, elderflower and Moët Chandon Champagne
- Belvedere 10 Luxury Martini: Made with Belvedere 10 Rare Vodka and Vault Coastal Dry Vermouth, served ice-cold with a spoon of premium caviar
