Celebrity chef and Saturday Kitchen host James Martin will open a new restaurant in Manchester235 this September.

James Martin Manchester will replace existing restaurant Linen within the Great Northern Warehouse gaming complex, and is expected to feature a modern British menu with classic dishes created using locally sourced ingredients. 

The new restaurant is to be the latest stage in Manchester235's transformation, following the unveiling of new look bar Vega Lounge last month. 

September looks set to be an exciting month for Manchester foodies, with Aiden Byrne's Manchester House in Spinningfields and Simon Rogan's second Midland Hotel eatery, Mr Cooper's House and Garden, also set to open their doors.
