The unnamed cocktail bar and restaurant is set to open at the old Flawless Photography studio.

Dan Pollard, mastermind behind Pen & Pencil, has unveiled plans to open a new bar and restaurant later this year in the Northern Quarter hotbed Stevenson Square. The plans, pending planning and licensing approval, include a cocktail bar and restaurant spanning two floors of the old Flawless Photography studio. 

Pollard's newest venture joins sherry bar Flok and the new and improved Habib House as another new opening in the flourishing Stevenson Square. With Pollard at the helm, the unnamed restaurant and cocktail bar is sure to be a unique and exciting addition welcomed into the Manchester drinking and dining scene.
