We headed down last week to meet the Manager, Ed, who talked us through what to expect this Summer from the most anticipated and newest Deansgate venue.

With live music every Friday and Saturday and open seven days a week, it’s the perfect place for an indolent and tranquil afterwork drink. If you fancy making more of the night then don't worry as food is served till late. There’s unusual cuts of delicious meat with secret rubs created especially by the Main Chef Jason and all smoked inhouse.

Ed recommends heading in to check out the bespoke 3twentyOne Martini - it’s a bar that takes pride in balancing liqueurs. With Ed’s previous experience at venues as diverse as Manchester 235, Hula and the much missed Socio Rehab he is certainly pushing the boundaries for luxury cocktails in the City Centre.
