Fancy lavishing your chops over Gail's 'cheesy' plait? Or how about being left alone with Tracy Hilton's sultana scones? Enough of the cheeky mind, it's only Manchester's first ever Coronation Street themed afternoon tea.

Celebrating the launch of Manchester's Coronation Street themed city tours, one city bar has taken it upon themselves to play punters with no less than beautifully themed baps and Corrie cocktails.

An afternoon tea setting you soap lovin' swooners back a pretty reasonable £38 each, Cloud 23 at the Hilton Hotel are putting the novel-tea in afternoon tea with each dish served up under an ultimately themed umbrella. From an Ena Sparkles cocktail with Pommery champagne and cherry liqueur, to Bet  Lynch buns and a spiced Coronation 'street' open sandwich, the food at this afternoon tea seems rather humble, but the theme is kind of fun. Think cobbles, Corrie and scones.
