Imagine a Friday where all the undiscovered superstar chefs, were brought to life along with drinks and beats in urban concrete jungle setting, like a self-indulgent, weekend stomping, battle royale version of Toy Story - with food.

Well B.eat Street have done exactly that with the brand new Friday Food Fight concept set to sweep across the city. Part street food market, part drinks emporium and part banging club, the Friday Food Fight is helping to uncover and introduce new and talented culinary creatives to Manchester, and is inviting us along for the ride.

The project will be looking for Manchester's next 'food heroes' to help start them on the road to food fame, with opportunities for upstart chefs to be a part of the newest food revolution. Will Evans at Beat Street said “We’re looking for variety and passion so if you think you fit the bill get in touch.

Entrants will be asked to attend a cook-off over the next few weeks to earn their place at one of the events.” Packed to the rafters with all the things that we at DesignMyNight need in our Friday night schedules, (that'll be dinner, drinks and dancing please), it's safe to say were excited about this one!
