You should come for drinks at Pie & Ale because… we have a rotating selection of fresh pies made every day in house, as well as a choice of real ales from local micro breweries. There's also a retro games machine built into one of the tables!

I'll whip you up a… Sage on Pils, one of our Ale Cocktails. It's a refreshing, fruity twist on a Tom Collins with Tanqueray Gin, Dark Agave, Lychee Syrup, lemon and fresh sage topped with Pilsner Urquell. 

Mine's a… classic Makers Mark Old Fashioned 

When I'm off duty you'll normally find me… at Kosmonaut or Apotheca - best cocktails in Manchester!

The best thing about being a bartender is… the customer interaction, and of course sampling the world's best spirits and beers.

Not many people know this but… I was lost out to sea for three days in Indonesia!
