Bobby Geetha (a Masterchef Finalist, formerly of Taj Hotel and Noma) is the man behind the critically-acclaimed small plates and larger dishes here, which will see you tuck into the likes of lotus chaat, Tibetan momo dumplings and Kerala seabass curry cooked by the best chefs from Bangkok, Dubai and Delhi. Better yet, with a focus on local produce, you can be sure these dishes have been whipped up from the finest ingredients.

A beautiful, architecturally designed space boasting a mix of bespoke modern and antique furnishings that have been sourced from around the world.
This expansive, open suite has no pillars and double height ceilings, and features elegant chandeliers, bespoke design carpeting, personalised lighting, a green room, a twin bar lounge with LCD monitor, and a self contained full-equipped kitchen.
The Grand Suite audio infrastructure was created by the designers of Manchester’s Albert Hall. This high calibre audio-visual equipment comprises ceiling HD projectors with large screens, a grid of hooks for installing extra lighting, sound rigs, a stage and high-tech microphone system. The suite also provides designated easy access for third party suppliers.
