Tickets are non-refundable; however, subject to availability, bookings may be transferred to an alternative date or fixture at management’s discretion.

Entry is only guaranteed with a valid booking confirmation or ticket. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest unable to provide proof of purchase.

Please ensure all members of your party arrive promptly. Tables or reserved areas may be released if guests fail to arrive at least 30 minutes before kick off. Late arrivals may result in reduced table time or loss of reservation without refund.

Specific tables, screens, seating areas, or viewing positions cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing by management. Seating allocations are managed operationally and may be adjusted at any time.

Table layouts, seating arrangements, and reserved areas may be altered due to adverse weather conditions, health and safety requirements, operational needs, or venue capacity management.

Guests may be required to share communal seating, standing areas, or viewing spaces during peak fixtures and sold-out events.

For major fixtures, the venue may operate under reduced menus, limited table service, or adjusted food and drink offerings to maintain service standards.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or anti-social behaviour towards our staff or other guests. Management reserves the right to refuse admission, refuse service, or remove any individual from the venue without refund where necessary.

Entry may be refused to intoxicated guests or individuals deemed to be acting in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Guests who are fortunate enough to look under the age of 25 must provide valid photographic identification upon request. Accepted forms of ID include a passport, UK driving licence, or PASS-approved identification card.

This is an over 18's event only. No admittance will be made to anyone under the age of 18. 

External food and beverages are strictly prohibited unless agreed in advance for medical or dietary reasons.

Bags and personal belongings may be subject to inspection upon entry for security purposes. Prohibited items may be confiscated or refused entry into the venue.

The venue accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests attend at their own risk.

Guests are responsible for any loss, breakage, damage, or excessive cleaning costs caused by themselves or members of their party. Charges may be applied where appropriate.

Standing areas may become busy during major fixtures. Guests are expected to follow all safety guidance and instructions issued by venue staff at all times.

Anti-social behaviour, including standing on furniture, blocking walkways, excessive chanting deemed offensive, or throwing objects, will not be tolerated.

Live sports broadcasts are provided by third-party suppliers and are subject to fixture changes, postponements, cancellations, or technical interruptions outside of our control. Refunds or compensation will not be issued in the event of broadcast disruption or schedule amendments.

In the event of severe weather, force majeure, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the venue reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel bookings without liability.

Promotional offers, packages, and ticket inclusions are subject to availability and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless stated otherwise.

Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, or safety reasons.

By entering the venue, guests consent to photography and videography that may be used for promotional or marketing purposes by the venue and its partners.

All guests are expected to comply with venue policies, licensing regulations, and reasonable instructions from management and security staff throughout the event.

During the dates listed above, a 5% surcharge will apply to all printed menu prices due to increased demand during this ticketed event.
