This subterranean dining and drinking experience is accessed via a glassed pyramid that pops out of the street like a UFO whisking you away to planet gastro. As you descend the stairs, you are greeted by a bright, uber-modern dining space with creams and whites and whitewashed furniture making you feel you have just stepped off the beach (a very classy one).
