Inspired by the the song from the Pogues 1985 album, Rum Sodomy & the Lash, The Dirty Old Town Distillery brings a Caribbean flair to the city. Expect nothing but quality as founders Tommy Gaughan and James Harrison showcase their delicious Salford Rum. 

You can kick back with signature sips such as their spicy rum with hints of coconut and vanilla or their sweeter rum made from fresh honey from city beekeepers. With the distillery making small batches of rum on the daily and barrels being used as table, enjoy a warm welcome from this scenic garden. Located under the arches on Viaduct Street in Salford, the distillery and garden aim to challenge the bustling gin market with their unique dark flavours.
