Description

Brought to you by the chaps behind our 2014 'Best Bar', Kosmonaut, PLY is the latest in liquid ventures from this dapper Northern Quarter crew.

To be found upon the banks of Stevenson Square, PLY is set to be a multi-purpose venue boasting 5,500 square feet of drinking space. A creative den for schmoozing, socialising and working alike, PLY is hoping to be 'completely distinct' from other Northern Quarter offerings and a wholly flexible space.

Whilst we'd love to ply (geddit) you with details, there's set to be more to uncover as this bar is in its early opening days - after much bated breath too! Go ahead and check out all it's cocktail cavorting and pizza ploughing antics it has to offer.

Cheffing with an Italian persuasion; expect sourdough pizzas cooked in an authentic clay oven and an array of antipasti dishes for a medley of small plated mouthfuls.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My friend ordered a coffee at the bar which then another person at the bar spilled. The bartender refused to give her another coffee or her money back (not cheap for a coffee) and instead told her shes had 'too much to drink' coffee? really? When we wanted to speak to the manager we were told they would go and get them, but instead a bouncer came over and told us to leave because they didnt want any complaints to go to the manager. RUDE, STUCK UP AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS ANYWHERE BEFORE. on the way out the bartender (a girl with glasses not sure on her name) looked us up and down before turning her lip at us.
