Brought to the Northern Quarter by Whiskey Jar's Pete Skelton, El Capo is a South American style bar and cantina boasting a punchy range of tequilas and rustic, stripped-back interiors.
Following suit with its South American theme, El Capo is awash with sandy shades, industrial-esque interiors and latino panache. From a bar back made of upcycled wooden crates and toilet doors adorned in sugar skulls to 'sandblasted' wall art and broody low-lighting, El Ccapo has set a social and intimate scene for South American tipples, even boasting a plot of street side tables to BBQ's and Vitamin D cavorting when the sun starts to shine.
Boasting one of the largest collections of tequila in Manchester with over 70 bottles, El Capo pride themselves on their specially selected fare. With over 21 mixology rendered cocktails and a house draft to boot, El Capo will offer their own unique selection of tipples. Looking to open the kitchen a few weeks after their launch, El Capo will boast seasonal South American grub.

A word from the chef:
With their kitchen set to open only a few weeks after the bar does, El Capo will entice the Northern Quarter with a plush selection of home-made, South American style dishes.
