Description
Tucked beneath the bustle of the Northern Quarter on Short Street, Crazy Pedro’s is a vibrant basement bar that pairs outrageous pizza creations with a seriously fun party atmosphere. Known for serving giant New York-style slices alongside frozen margaritas, tequila and mezcal, this late-night favourite has become a staple for revellers, industry workers and anyone craving a slice after dark.
With lively interiors, an eclectic soundtrack and a laid-back approach to hospitality, it captures the carefree spirit that has made the Northern Quarter one of Manchester’s most exciting nightlife destinations. Part of the hospitality group founded by Ross Mackenzie, Lyndon Higginson and Jaskeet Briah, Crazy Pedro’s first launched in Manchester in 2014 before expanding to its Northern Quarter site in 2016.
The concept revolves around creative American-style pizza, with a menu that ranges from classic toppings to the brand’s famously unconventional specials, inspired by everything from comfort food favourites to global street food. The team spent months perfecting its signature dough recipe, which remains a cornerstone of the offering today.
