Sakana brings Japanese and pan-Asian street food to Manchester.

Spread across two floors with two bars and two restaurants, the venue has lots of interesting flourishes, from an open kitchen with two teppanyaki sections to a fresh sushi counter. Upstairs is their fine-dining gallery restaurant, with tasty dishes from around the country, as well as a resident’s bar delivering premium cocktails.

The venue takes its name from the Japanese term referring to food eaten as an accompaniment to alcohol, meaning they care just as much about the drinks as the food. As well as sake cocktails and other unique mixes, you can feast on everything from sushi to specialised grilled food.
