1. Entry to the venue is always at the Manager’s discretion to ensure the safety of you, the guests and our staff at all times.
2. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
3. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, Dirty Martini will be in touch about rescheduling or or refunds if applicable.
4. If you are late for your booking, please be aware that your Spirited Session time cannot be extended.
5. If you wish to cancel your booking you must do so at least 48 hours before your booking date and time by replying to your booking confirmation email.
6. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than Dirty Martini it will then become voidable.
7. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
8. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
