What they say:

Dirty Martini are opening their tenth site up north in Manchester. The London cocktail bar is taking over a Deansgate office block and giving it a fancy £1.5million refurbishment. The bar will be serving their brand of delicious Martinis to our fine city, with a choice of more than 15 flavours, from kiwi and coconut through to blood orange and vanilla.

What we say:

If there's one thing that we all need and love, it's a good martini, and one venue that knows how to knock one up better than most is Dirty Martini. Having started life as a basement bar in Covent Garden, the brand has now popped up around London and in Cardiff, with Manchester being their first northern venue. As well as their very drinkable cocktails, the bar will serve small and sharing plates including dishes such as mac and cheese balls with Bloody Mary ketchup. It is also rumuored that the cocktail bar will bring their very generous happy hour up with them - roll on summer 2017.
