Ready yourself footy fanatics and darts devotees, a huge new sports bar is coming to Manchester and it’s not going to be like anything the city has ever seen before. Set to open in 2021, Box Bar will be a wonderland of all things playing, watching, eating and drinking - with some swanky interiors to boot.

Set to be located on Deansgate, this bar will be the third of its kind - with two existing venues in Leeds and Liverpool. And if those sites are anything to go by? You can expect shuffleboard tables, darts boards and a whole lotta karaoke come the weekend. The main focus here though will be sports - with wall-to-wall screenings of all major fixtures.

Created by the same minds that are behind Manahatta and Banyan, this swish new spot will serve up American-style cuisine, and big boozy bottomless brunches. On the bar? You can expect espresso martinis on tap,  as well as all the lagers, IPAs and ales that you could dream of. Matchday never looked so good.
