First, they took over Deansgate with Schofield's Bar - ushering old school charm and classic cocktails. Then, it was across to Atomeca, with European drinks and tapas at the Deansgate Square towers. And this summer, brothers Joe and Daniel Schofield are heading to the Stock Exchange Hotel for their latest venture.

Housed in an ex-bank vault, within the basement of Gary Neville's grand hotel, Sterling will be open 5 days a week and provide space for 100 thirsty imbibers. Think traditional cocktails and a wine list curated by leading expert James Brandwood. The bar team count experience at the likes of The American Bar at the Savoy and Paris'  Little Red Door under their belts, which means you can expect stellar service. As for bar snacks - they're being developed by Tom Kerridge (the two Michelin-starred chef also has a restaurant within the hotel) so we have high hopes for this one.
