Gin worshippers rejoice, a new shrine dedicated to all things gin is coming to Central Station and you're probably going to miss your trains forevermore - we're sorry. 

From the people behind Manchester Gin comes a sprawling new city centre distillery, restaurant and bar. With a menu specifically created to suit the flavours of Manchester's unique sip, we think head chef, Jimmy Carr (no, not that one), is really on to something with this one. The dishes will all contain the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, with the aim to cut carbon emissions in mind, meaning you get to drink cocktails and eat delicious food all night long without a single ounce of guilt - result. 

Located in the Grade II listed arches between St Peters Square and Deansgate-Castlefield, this new spot will be the perfect place to round off a day spent exploring the neighbouring Spirit of Manchester Distillery, which will be hosting tours, running masterclasses and holding gin tasting sessions.
