Located on the city's bustling King Street, Mash Tun is all about beers, bangers and mashed potato. Created by two friends with a passion for real ale, the bar serves some excellent local brews from the 26 taps on its 12-metre-long bar, perfect for exploring during one of their excellent live music nights. 

As for the food, it's all about the comfort here with classic bangers and mash making up the majority of the menu. However, this isn't meat and spuds in a way you'll have seen before as Mash Tun boasts 10 different types of sausage, mash and gravy, respectively. And if you're looking for something a little lighter, their lunchtime menu provides some delicious baked good from the team at Fundamentum.
