Impossible

Description

Spread across three floors, Impossible features a bar, theatre and restaurant all of which are stocked full of surprises and secrets.

The restaurant's interiors are inspired by creator Aaron Mellor's travels, as well as paying homage to famous Mancunians. There will be private booths and, most excitingly, a hidden gin nest that serves 63 types of gin.

The fun continues in the downstairs 'Theatre Impossible', which is set to be an immersive nightlife experience with a catwalk, theatre and private VIP areas. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant operating from 12pm - 9pm.
