A short walk from Deansgate train station is a beer lovers paradise, with German wheat beers, Belgian imports and Dutch lagers on offer at Cask. It's a tiny bar that is normally crammed full of an eclectic mix of people from businessmen to shoppers looking for a relaxing drink after work or in between shops. This is an independent ba with a lovely relaxed atmosphere and its jukebox plays a whole collection of local bands and artists, as well as all the classics. 

In summer you can kick back and enjoy its beautiful garden area in the back, which is just the ticket to escape the hectic hustle of the city centre. As Cask doesn't serve food, you can even bring your own!
