A stones throw away from Manchester Academy on Oxford Road, Big Hands is the perfect bar for a few drinks before or after a gig seeing your favourite band. It's a small venue but has a unique atmosphere combined with its cool interior of leather sofas and walls lined with film posters. With its small dance floor and limited seating you may be stuck for a seat or even elbow room on the weekends; but for a quiet drink in the day this bar is open from lunch time and has a much calmer atmosphere. Good day or night Big Hands certainly is an Oxford Road gem.
