The second venue from the Salt Dog Slim's team, this new bar and restaurant is following in its Liverpudlian sister's footsteps as it brings craft pints, bespoke cocktails and delicious chilli dogs to Manchester.
While many of the finer details are still being kept under wraps, we do know that the venue will be a stone's throw from Albert Square, and, if all goes to plan, should be opening its neon-lit doors in early 2021.
At the bar you'll be able to sip on some brilliant beers from around the globe, alongside a range of eccentric signature cocktails, such as the vodka, amaretto and dairy-laced Milk Was A Bad Choice. As for the eats, Salt Dog Slim's specialises in messy hotdogs, which range in flavour from classics such as chilli cheese, to less traditional options like peanut butter and jelly, and the hot sauce-slathered Suicide.
If this new Manchester haunt is anything like its predecessor, we're betting there'll be plenty of party antics to go around, as they bring in some fun-loving DJs to play everything from emo bangers to epic power ballads.
However the real USP of Salt Dog Slim's? A subterranean cocktail that will be operating a strict 'By Appointment Only' policy. Excited doesn't even cover it.
