2. Standing Tickets:

* This ticket includes admission to the bingo event.

* Guests will be standing during the event.

* Guests may join friends in designated areas.

* No seating or table areas are allocated.

* Access to the bar and event is provided.

* Guests will receive a clipboard and bingo sheet.

3. Entry Requirements:

* Bring your email confirmation, the card used for ticket purchase, and a valid scannable ID (passport, driving license, or government-approved ID).

* This event is for guests aged 18 and over.

* All patrons are subject to pocket and bag checks upon entry.

4. Venue Guidelines:

* Adherence to the venue's entrance guidelines is mandatory (Over 18s, Smart Casual dress code, Intoxication policy, Gender Balance, etc.).

* Non-compliance may result in refusal of admission at the discretion of door staff and security.

5. Changes and Cancellations:

* Entertainment, acts, and timings are subject to change.

* Refunds will not be issued for refusal of admission due to non-compliance with entrance guidelines.

* Tickets are non-transferable between dates.

6. Media Consent:

* By purchasing this ticket, you grant permission for photos and videos to be taken during the event for promotional purposes.

7. Bookings:

* Bookings are made under the lead name and not by tables.

* Last entry is permitted up to one hour after the start time.

* No refunds will be offered for late arrivals or refusal of entry.

7. Last Entry:
* The last entry is permitted up to one hour after the event start time.
* No refunds will be offered if you are refused entry to the event after the last entry time.

    Not a very good experience with this one. Firstly the venue changed last min and i didn't receive and email for the change. I arrived at the wrong venue. The Bingo took a very long time to start and we only had 4 rounds of bingo and too long in between. The venue wasn't great and the Staff on the bar was very slow with dirty glasses and food that make us sick. I must say though the host did her best to uplift everyone so thank god for her!

    Got told the event was moving to the opposite side of london ovef an hours drive away. Obviously we then couldnt attend.. we have emailed numerous times asking for a refund for 12 people. All emails have been ignored. Disgusting service.
