SMITE: An Immersive Murder Mystery

1. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued, whether occurring prior, during or after the event. The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, DesignMyNight WFL Media Ltd and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
2. Tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.
3. Please check your tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
4. Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, performer or venue for a variety of reasons. If the event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
13. Audience members are expected to be respectful of performers and fellow participants at all times. Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without a refund.
14. Please follow the guidance of performers and staff throughout the immersive experience, as they are responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
15. Do not touch, move, or interfere with any props or set pieces unless explicitly instructed to do so by a performer or staff member. Doing so may disrupt the experience for others and could pose a safety risk.
16. While the immersive theatre experience encourages audience participation and interaction, please be mindful of personal boundaries and consent. Ask for permission before engaging in any physical contact with performers or fellow audience members.
17. Please keep mobile phones and other electronic devices silenced and out of sight during the performance. Any use of such devices may disrupt the experience for others.
18. Photography, videography, and audio recording of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance, unless explicitly permitted by the event staff.
19. Consumption of food or drink, aside from items purchased at the venue's bar, is not permitted during the experience.
20. In the interest of maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all, the venue may implement COVID-19 safety measures, such as social distancing and face mask requirements. Please adhere to these guidelines and any additional instructions provided by the event staff.
21. If you have any accessibility requirements, concerns about the content of the performance, or other special requests, please inform the event staff prior to your visit so that we can accommodate your needs to the best of our ability.
22. The venue and event staff reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any individual from the event who is found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
23. For the safety and comfort of all attendees, please refrain from wearing any large or obstructive accessories, such as oversized hats, that may obstruct the view or hinder the movement of others during the immersive experience.
24. We ask that you notify the event staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to attending the show, so we can accommodate your needs as best as possible.
25. In case of any emergency situations, please follow the instructions given by event staff or venue personnel, and familiarize yourself with the nearest exit points upon arrival.
26. Any items found during the experience should be handed over to event staff, as they may be part of the performance or belong to another participant. Any items picked up may not be taken home unless given specific permission by performers or events staff.
27. By purchasing a ticket and attending the SMITE show, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions, as well as any additional rules and regulations set forth by the venue and event staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without a refund.
