Lasers and comedy together! Come and learn the art of laser comedy from US comedian Chris Fair, creator of The Laser Comedy Show! Laser Comedy consists of using lasers to draw pictures and voice acting as those characters but it’s so much more than that. Chris Fair has been doing comedy for over 13 years, from stand-up to improv and sketch, and for the last 6+ years, he’s been working on his own comedy form using laser reactive technology. He has been a visual artist all his life, is ambidextrous, can write backwards and can take you into brand new worlds he makes up and draws on the spot, however, it doesn’t take all that to make up a simple, funny and heartfelt story about two dots and a semicircle Chris has studied improv, acting and sketch writing at Second City in Chicago, iO Chicago, ComedySportz Chicago and is currently performing group impro at One Group Mind in Chicago. He has performed The Laser Comedy Show all over the United States, once in Canada and this is his first venture into Europe.
The first half of this workshop concentrates on visualizing your scene and object work, multitasking verbal and physicality in your scene work and creating a simple visual story. It all leads up to putting your words and actions into a visual story that you create drawing with LASERS! We will continue to work on simple storytelling, creating your own illustrated solo character monologue and two person illustrated character scenes plus a fun surprise exercise at the end. A talent in visual art is not required.

It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
6. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
7. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
8. Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
9. If this ticket is re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the promoter, venue management, DesignMyNight or one of their authorised sub-agents, it will become voidable and the holder may be
refused entry to or ejected from the venue.
10. The venue may operate a No Smoking Policy.
11. The promoter, venue management and DesignMyNight accept no responsibility for any personal property.
12. The event listed on the purchased ticket is strictly for ticket holders who are over 18 years of age. Identification may be required.
