We kindly request to amuse your bouche with some fine art feasting.

One hundred years have passed since the Beast was born. Only the Beauty in all of us can break the spell.

For too long has the castle been unattended, it's most enchanting residents clawing the walls for the spell to be broken.

They live to satisfy, and have prepared the feast to end all feasts, a culinary cabaret, fit for a beast. Be waited upon by Panto Land’s finest staff and eat a delectably catered meal in Darling & Edge’s magical limited event. Play a role in the romantic set-up of the century. Even a Fairy matchmaker is no match for this conundrum. Only the foretold visitors from the other side of the mirror can help Belle see not only the Prince beneath the Beast but the wild animal within herself.

Forget the fairytale ending; this ball is about swinging from the chandeliers. With musical entertainment, a fairy hostess, two courses, table dances, an unforgettable fairy tale as propriety descends into chaos… we invite you to Unleash the Beast.

Ticket includes full show, dinner and dessert fit for a Beast and a disco DJ into the midnight hours.

If you'd like to dress up, Dress Code is: Regal French fashion, done with passion. Old school ruffs with neon tufts. Velvet and tails and killer nails.

Please arrive at 7pm for a 7.30pm performance, to give you chance to settle and get your drinks in!

Save your money and spend it elsewhere!! If I could have left early and been issued a full refund I would have chose this option as myself along with the 4 couples we were sat beside agreed it was a disappointing shambles. The annoying thing is it has SO much potential if they put more time and effort into it. Not quite a panto, not quite a drag act, not quite anything really just seemed like a rushed mess. The gist = You eat food with the opportunity to take selfies with people in poor pantomime costumes and that is basically it. Positives: The bar you first enter has fantastic theming. The savoury cheesecake was UNREAL & there was plenty food to go round. (all sat at a long school style table the food is popped down and you just have to share it among those sat round you so this may not appeal to all). Fairy Liquid's costume had some thought put into it and she played her part well. Negatives: Staff look devastated to be there and were very abrupt and rude. Other than the guy collecting the coats. No through way set up for the toilets (has been at other events here) so you had to go through the main dining room before the even started which spoils the effect - so if you can hold it in! The storyline is pretty much non existent - would have been better just advertised as a drag act and really focused on this instead of a very very loose connection to beauty and the beast. A drunken group were allowed to heckle the actors all evening which disrupted the performance they should of been asked to reign it in or leave as the whole build up in the bar was completely ruined (7.30pm on 11.11.17). The beast looked more like the Gruffalo than the beast - All costumes in general could have done with more attention to detail!! The acting is really poor (maybe due to lack of storyline) you do not connect with the characters at all. I appreciate this is a different company to those that run Alice in Underground and The Twits but the majority of people attending this event had attended those (a common love for interactive theatre) and naturally compared and as a result were greatly disappointed!! Nobody expected them to be the same and I am not saying replicate, but match the same standard. Do your research on what you are competing with and this really could have been a fantastic event. Will not be recommending to anyone on this occasion.

Absolutely dreadful. The evening absolutely terrible and such a huge disappointment. The show was incredibly crude, with no story line and was not the immersive experience we were hoping for. The event had absolutely nothing to do with Beauty and the Beast apart from some very poor references, and the characters names. It's absolutely appalling that they can £55 a person. We complained on the evening to the hosts, alongside many other guests, so awaiting a response and refund.

Utter disappointment. The event was terrible. 4 members of cast and the “show” part was not funny nor interesting, just basic. Food was rubbish, bowls of food put down and help yourself. Sat at the end of one table and hence half the mediocre food didn’t make it down since other guests thought it was for them. Fairly insulting to pay the price for what it was. Cheap entertainment, cheap food but not cheap ticket. What a waste of time.

I'm a big fan of interactive and immersive events especially when it involves food! I was looking forward to this one however it felt too 'gimmicky' with no real story line and it just felt like the actors were prancing around all night. It was very loosely based on Beauty and the Beast. The options at the Bar could have been be better as i couldn't even get a juice. Set was nicely designed and i liked the chandeliers - i sat on the benches to have dinner and a massive splinter stuck into my leg, a small 'ouch' but i was disappointed when the manager didn't even offer a free drink for the inconvenience. We left right after dinner but the Food was nice and 'instagrammable' which pushes my rating to 3 out of 5.

Glad that I was able to make this show while in town. A lot of delicious food, served in amazingly fun communal way. Quite the party :)

Where to start...... stepping inside the vaults was a feast for the eyes - like stepping onto the set of a pantomine but with edgy themed cocktails and of course the extraordinary Belle and her friends. The Feast was worthy of the most demanding Beast - clever, tasty and a visua treat and intertwined with Panto fun, all set in a sumptuous art decadent scene. Go dressed up, in the panto mood and ready to party and you'll have ball like we did.

Wow This is a rich treat for all the senses. Truly fabulous. The cocktails are unlike anything I have tasty. True originality. I bow to the creators. This spectacle is bold and full of lustre. Every sense is tittilated to an almost unbearable extreme. The staff were joyful, the food was like an English roast that had been stuffed beyond the limits of eccentricity. The costumes and makeup were quite exquisite. The acoustics were very echoey in the venue which was a bit over bearing at times but this added to the chaotic feastialitiees. It was like being injected into a scene from rent the musical but add an extra double helping of whipped cream on top. Well worth my attention and yours!

This is truly a spectacle. The cocktails the food, the art, the costumes...everything was a work of art. The actors pumped the evning up to hysterical heights. The twist in the tale was a glorious surprise. I went to the evening on a date, it was a great date.

This night had everything I could want of an evening. Romping theatre, fine art, fine cocktails and an amazing feast of beatiful thought about food. A real piece of underground magic. BRAVO!!!!

Saw this last night and absolutely LOVED IT. The food was particularly delicious, we loved raucously sharing dishes with our neighbours - and they even had more variety for V/VEG diners than I've ever seen at a dining experience. The show was hilarious, performers were gorgeous, we were dancing on the tables until we had to leave. Would recommend to anyone who loves a wild night eating/drinking/dancing. Have seen reviews below but sounds like opening night hiccups, our evening was flawless. Keep your tickets and GO!

This event was an absolute shambles. Amateurish costumes and acting, "show" is a bit of a stretch and to top it all off a total lack of professionalism from management. They simply did not have enough seating for the meal and considering the £55 price tag includes only food no drinks we ended up paying for.....absolutely nothing! It was complete disarray when people tried to find seats. The staff looked embarrassed by the situation and completely unprepared. The seating arrangement was long benches, not the pictured circular tables, which meant people scrambling for seats and some were sharing one plate between two people. Management have denied overbooking despite the staff admitting that they had and ourselves overhearing someone admit they didn't have tickets and had just turned up! Quite simply, do not bother. If you've already bought tickets - hope they cancel the event though you probably won't they a refund even then!

Awful! Didn't even have enough seats for everyone- we had to go elsewhere as we couldn't sit down and they now refuse to refund us. The event had nothing to do with beauty and the beast. The event was so disorganised, boiling hot, embarrassing and we didn't even make it to the meal as they left us stood for half and hour waiting for a seat! Like the person below, I would also recommend selling your ticket ! Kelly visited The Vaults on 06 Oct 2017

Completely missold and overpriced, it had nothing to do with Beauty and the Beast except there was one character called Belle who spoke for 5 minutes and we couldn't hear them because they didn't have a microphone. There was no seating plan so you weren't guaranteed to sit with the people you came with and we were all squished in. This also was not a three course dinner there was no starter and the desert was just jelly. 3 toilets for 50 people, card machine kept cutting out, ran out of wine glasses, only 4 characters were in costumes and all the staff stood in a huddle at the right of the stage which did not make you feel immersed at all. Really unfortunate, I went to secret cinema and love it and as this cost the same I thought it would offer a similar experience. If you bought a ticket I would recommend selling it.

Reply from Beauty and the Feast

We’re very sorry that you had a bad experience at Beauty and the Feast. You came along on our first preview night, meaning that we did have some minor issues with the arrangement of seating, which have now been resolved. Following feedback from this night we have now also Miced up the actors so that the performance is more audible. Our apologies if you felt the staff were not engaged in the action, it may have been the case that we were trying to resolve issues that had arisen. Thank you very much for letting us know about other problems you experienced and we hope to see you again in the future!
