La Carte by Le Creuset

Parties: Hope&Glory PR is the event organiser. DesignMyNight provides the ticketing platform for registrations and is responsible for handling booking data in accordance with its Privacy Notice.

Event Date and Location: La Carte by Le Creuset will take place from 8th to 10th July 2025 between 6.30pm – 10pm at 180 Studios, London. Each evening will offer a one-night-only dining experience, with guests able to book for a single date of their choosing.

Eligibility: This event is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. By reserving a ticket, you confirm that you and any guests in your party are at least 18 years old. In the case that a ticket is booked by someone under the age of 18, you will be refused entry and the ticket money refunded.

Ticket Requirement: All guests must present a valid ticket for entry. Each guest must hold their own ticket, either in digital or printed form. Entry will not be granted without a valid ticket, even if photo ID is provided.

ID Requirement: All guests must bring a valid form of photo identification to gain entry. Entry will not be permitted without ID, regardless of age.

Ticket Information:
- If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact lecreuset@hopeandglorypr.com as soon as possible
- Tickets are transferable on the basis that guests must inform event organisers at least 24 hours ahead of attending.
- Cancellation requests can be submitted via email at lecreuset@hopeandglorypr.com within 48 hours of booking tickets.
- One ticket provides entry, a three-course dinner, a welcome cocktail or mocktail and half a bottle of wine per person. Should guests want to purchase more drinks while at the event, they will be asked to pay for these themselves.

Arrival Timings: Please arrive promptly by 6:30pm to enjoy the full experience. Late arrivals may miss key elements of the evening. The event organisers will do their best to seat late arrivals but doing so is up to the discretion of the event organisers.

Code of Conduct: We ask all guests to maintain respectful and appropriate behaviour throughout the evening to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all. Failure to follow these conduct guidelines (in Hope & Glory/180 Studios’ reasonable discretion) may result in removal from the venue. 180 Studios’ Code of Conduct is available on request.

Personal Information: By reserving a ticket you’re confirming you’re happy to provide personal details including your email address and contact number. As per DesignMyNight’s Privacy Notice, your data will be stored on the DesignMyNight platform, and in addition Hope&Glory PR, will also have access to this data for the sake of communicating you about the event.

Photography & Filming: By reserving a ticket you’re confirming you are happy for Le Creuset U.K Ltd. and Hope&Glory PR to use your name, likeness, image, voice, performance both moving and still image, in whole or in part, or in any character or form and all details across advertising, publicity, trade or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, in any manner or media in perpetuity throughout the world.

You understand that you do not own the copyright of any of the photography, videography or related materials in which you feature and hereby waive any moral rights or any other rights that you may have to inspect and approve them, or the use to which they may be supplied.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree not to publish or say in any manner or medium comments likely to discredit Le Creuset, or Hope & Glory PR.

Accessibility: If you have any specific accessibility needs, please notify us when booking so we can ensure your comfort during the evening.

Event Cancellation or Postponement: In the event of cancellation or postponement, Hope&Glory PR will notify guests as soon as possible via the contact details provided at booking. If the event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded. If postponed, we will offer to transfer your booking to the rescheduled date or issue a refund if you’re unable to attend.

Food and Allergies: Food and drink will be served during the event. If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate dietary needs.

Venue Terms & Health and Safety: Guests must comply with all venue rules and any additional health and safety instructions communicated by 180 Studios / Hope&Glory PR staff on the night. These are in addition to the event's Code of Conduct and are essential to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Limitation of Liability: Attendance at the event is at your own risk. Hope & Glory PR, Le Creuset U.K. Ltd., and 180 Studios accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by guests, except where such liability cannot be limited or excluded by law. Hope & Glory PR and Le Creuset U.K. Ltd. accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by guests travelling to or from the event, and issues with accommodation, except where such liability cannot be limited or excluded by law. Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
