Originally from Mainland China, he is a master of spices and flavours. He'll be presenting to you his signature fusion of Chinese and southeast Asian inspired dishes. Enjoy dishes like Prawn pomelo salad, Beef rendang, Grill lemongrass chicken, Slow braised tofu with mushrooms, Sichuan aubergine... finishing off with a refreshing Lemon passion fruit macaroon layer cake with fresh berries.
Prepare to meet other likeminded foodies as you'll be dining family-style, sharing food with up to 11 other guests. A warm welcome friendly atmosphere awaits. A great opportunity to meet people of all ages, from all walks of life.
This event is BYOB - bring your own drinks for the evening. Glasses and table water provided.
