Originally from Mainland China, he is a master of spices and flavours. He'll be presenting to you his signature fusion of Chinese and southeast Asian inspired dishes. Enjoy dishes like Oyster Mushroom Baos, Prawn Grapefruit Salad, Steamed Pork with Rice Powder, Grilled Sea Bream in Banana Leaves... finishing off with Lemon Passion Fruit Pistachio Meringue Roulade.
