Ticket Terms Conditions 2026 | Agreement to these Terms

By purchasing, receiving, holding, transferring or using a ticket for a Big Screen London event, you agree to be bound by these Ticket Terms and Conditions, any event-specific terms displayed at the point of purchase, the rules of the ticketing platform, and all applicable venue rules.

If you purchase tickets on behalf of others, you are responsible for ensuring that each attendee is aware of and complies with these terms.

Strict non-refundable policy
All ticket sales are final. No refund, credit, exchange or compensation will be offered if you cannot attend, arrive late, leave early, change your mind, make a booking error, experience travel disruption, illness, personal circumstances, adverse weather, fixture or player/team changes, broadcast timing changes, or dissatisfaction with any element of the event that does not amount to a cancellation or material change by us. This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Cancellation by us
If we cancel the event in full before doors open and do not offer a rescheduled date, substitute event or equivalent alternative, we will advise ticket holders of the available options. Where a refund is required by law, the refund will be limited to the face value of the ticket paid to the organiser, less any booking fees, transaction charges, payment processing fees or platform fees where these are not received by or recoverable by us, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, childcare, subsistence, currency, parking or any other personal costs.

Postponement, rescheduling and substitute arrangements
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, moved to a substitute venue, or materially re-timed for reasons outside our reasonable control or due to official sporting, broadcaster, venue, licensing or safety requirements, your ticket will normally remain valid for the rearranged or substitute event. Refunds will not be offered solely because you cannot attend the rearranged time or date unless required by law or expressly stated by us.

Event timings and match schedules
Advertised opening times, lunch/dinner times, pre-event timings and “from” times refer to the Big Screen London event experience and may not be the official match start time. Sporting schedules, broadcast windows, tournament circumstances, extra time, penalties, rain delays, official ceremony timings and running orders may change. We may alter the event timetable, entry time, service time, food/drink schedule or screening format without refund where reasonably necessary.

Tournament, player, team and broadcast changes
Big Screen London events are built around live sporting moments, but we do not control tournament scheduling, teams, players, line-ups, weather delays, broadcaster decisions, signal availability, commentary, match duration or governing-body decisions. No refund will be given due to any change in player, team, fixture, match length, competition circumstance, official scheduling or broadcast presentation.

Technical issues and force majeure
We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver a high-quality screening experience, but events may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather, power failure, internet or satellite issues, broadcast interruption, venue incidents, public safety concerns, fire, flood, transport disruption, strike, epidemic, government action, national mourning, terrorism threat, police direction, licensing issue, act of God or other force majeure event. If doors have opened or the event has substantially begun, no refund will be made if the event is delayed, interrupted, curtailed, abandoned or altered for these reasons, except where required by law.

Food, drink and hospitality packages
Where a ticket includes food, drink, table access, reserved seating or hospitality, the relevant inclusions will be described at purchase. Menus, service style, timings, brands, suppliers, table layouts and availability may vary. We may substitute dishes, drinks, suppliers or service arrangements where reasonably necessary. Please notify us in advance of allergies or dietary requirements; we will try to assist but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Outside food, drink and prohibited items
No outside food or drink may be brought into the venue unless required for medical reasons or expressly authorised in advance. Glass, weapons, illegal substances, drones, professional recording equipment, pyrotechnics, dangerous items and any item prohibited by the venue or security team are not permitted. Confiscated items may not be returned.

Age, alcohol and identification
Where alcohol is available, the venue and/or organiser may operate Challenge 25, Challenge 21 or any stricter policy required by law or the venue. Valid photographic ID may be required. We reserve the right to refuse sale or service of alcohol, refuse admission, or remove any person who cannot provide suitable ID, is underage, appears intoxicated, or attempts to purchase alcohol for an underage person. No refund will be given in these circumstances.

Re-entry
Re-entry is not guaranteed and may be refused at the discretion of the organiser, venue or security team. If you leave the event or venue, you may not be permitted to return. No refund or compensation will be given if re-entry is refused in accordance with venue or event policy.

Conduct, refusal of admission and removal
We reserve the right, together with the venue and security team, to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, intoxicated, unlawful, disruptive, damaging to the venue, contrary to licensing conditions, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the event. No refund will be provided where admission is refused or a person is removed for breach of these terms, venue rules, safety requirements or lawful instructions.

Security searches and venue rules
Ticket holders may be required to undergo bag checks, security screening, ID checks, ticket checks and other reasonable safety measures. Refusal to comply may result in refusal of admission or removal without refund. By attending, you agree to comply with all venue rules, licensing requirements, health and safety instructions, fire procedures and reasonable instructions from staff, stewards, security and emergency services.

Tickets, transfers and resale
Tickets must not be resold, advertised for resale, auctioned, used for commercial promotion, bundled with hospitality, transferred for profit, duplicated, altered, defaced or used as a prize without our prior written consent. Unauthorised resale or misuse may render the ticket void without refund. We may permit genuine transfers via the authorised ticketing platform where this is technically available and lawful.

Lost, stolen or duplicated tickets
The ticket holder is responsible for keeping tickets, QR codes and booking confirmations safe. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, copied, shared, forwarded, deleted or misused tickets. Entry may be refused where a ticket has already been scanned or where authenticity is in doubt. Tickets cannot always be replaced.

Complimentary, guestlist, press and competition tickets
Complimentary, guestlist, press, sponsor and competition tickets have no cash value and may be withdrawn, limited, reallocated or cancelled at our discretion. They must not be sold, auctioned or transferred for value. Any breach may result in cancellation without compensation.

Photography, filming and marketing consent
Photography, filming, audio recording and social media capture may take place at the event. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in general event photography, footage or audio and agree that Big Screen London and its authorised partners may use such material for promotional, archival, press, social media and marketing purposes without payment, approval or further notice. If you have a specific concern, please contact the event team on arrival and we will try to assist where reasonably possible.

You agree to indemnify Big Screen London, the venue and their respective officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, partners and agents against reasonable losses, claims, costs, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, misuse of tickets, unlawful conduct, damage to property, infringement of third-party rights, or unsafe, abusive or disruptive behaviour.

Minor errors, omissions, website issues, typographical errors or changes to non-essential event information will not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Data and privacy
Personal data provided when booking or attending an event will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of the relevant ticketing platform. We may use booking details to administer the event, communicate important updates, manage attendance, meet legal obligations and support safety and security.

Communications and updates
Ticket holders are responsible for providing accurate contact details and checking emails, SMS messages, ticketing platform updates and website announcements before travelling. We are not responsible if a ticket holder misses an update due to incorrect contact details, spam filtering, failure to check messages, or ticket purchase via an unauthorised third party.

Severance and non-waiver
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall continue in full force and effect. Any failure or delay by us in enforcing a term does not prevent us from enforcing that or any other term later.
